Then we headed down the trail towards Eagle Falls, wondering if we could get there.
Here's where the trail went under water...
After trail-blazing up the bank, we managed to find the trail again. This is looking back.
This view is SO pretty all year round!

Full view of the flooded river. Pretty impressive! This river goes all the way to Nashville... now you know why they flooded so badly (they had all this besides all the rain they got)!
Notice how close the water is to the basement of the visitor center...
Another view of the falls from further down the trail.
We got to the end of the trail and found the stairs going right into the water...
We took a higher trail and made our way to the top of the falls. Talk about a lot of water coming over that little falls!
Looking down below at the swimming area... it's fully flooded!
The water was so impressive.
